About Shanon and Weaver on communication

Is so hard for me to post anything the whole week because of the internet is slow in my area.

Last week, Daniel which is my lecture was teaching us about the process model of communication from Shanon and Weaver. There's a diagram which Daniel had thought us about was interesting to me. I found some of the image which is somehow related to each other.

3 of this diagrams look different but actually have a very similar meaning. Every communication starts from the information source/info source to the transmitter to the channel or signal and then to the receiver to the destination that the message or information that they want to send. Around this system, theres noise around it. The communication technology until now still using the same method because this is the basic fundamental that a communication media have.

The meaning of the noise to me is the disturbs-ion around the signal which somehow blog the signal all the way through the destination. I also learn about redundancy which is redundant information and entropy which is entropic information. I still working on the cybernetics and will post some interesting source next time. Is 3 and a half hour lecture, i'm trying hard to be alert.

  1. Interesting blog posts!

Remember to reread your text to correct some simple misspellings (e.g. blocks, not blog, the signal, in your iMap 'gadget')

Please use the thorough PM diagram here to examine blogspot.

    Keep it up :)
